  • Use Domains to group activity together. You can think of domains as projects, departments, teams, circles, or whatever makes sense for your organization. Each domain can have its own separate budget controlled by the contributors to that domain.

  • Award influence in proportion to merit. Every time a contributor gets paid in your colony’s native token, they earn reputation in the domain they earned the payment from. That reputation gives them power to stake on motions, and vote in disputes in the domains in which they have reputation.

  • Decentralized decisions without voting. Voting on every damn thing is no way to run an organisation. No, not even a decentralised one. You see, voting implies that there is disagreement, and very often there isn’t, so voting is a waste of everyone’s time. In Colony, voting is only necessary if there actually is disagreement about something.

COLONY SDK - Is a community project aiming to provide a quick and easy way to get started with building on top of Colony Network contracts by adding "MetaMask" toolbox for the most common Colony workflows.

COLONY NETWORK - Is a platform for organizations that operate via software rather than paperwork and management hierarchy. The Colony Smart Contracts in all their glory - Freshly tested and Upgradable.

We work on 3 models:
1) Milestone based – We get paid based on milestone-based achievement.
2) Outcome Based – We invest along with you and get paid based on the agreed results.
3) Time & Material – We bill based on number of hours we worked for you.

First, we don’t access your data. If we must access the data for some reason, we don’t take it out of your premise or cloud instance. We fully follow GDPR guidelines on privacy.

We have three delivery locations i.e., India, Kenya, and UAE; plus we work on a hybrid cloud plan for fallback in case of any eventualities.

Both. Majority of our resources are based out of India and Kenya. We also have resources who work out of our customer premises in USA, Middle East and Africa.

If it’s T&M, we charge anywhere between $20 to $40 based on skill and experience for offshore delivery. Onsite rates depend on the type of country. If it’s Milestone or Outcome based, we decide based on the scope and risk involved.
